Thanks so much for your order and we know you will love your Rapid Rope. Returns allowed within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, we unfortunately will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

Returned items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received. You must have a receipt of purchase for refund (order number).

Returns that adhere to our Return Policy will be refunded the purchase price [minus shipping]. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees and duties.
